Insurance
All players and umpires must be registered with Netball4all and must re-register each season to be covered by Players Accident Insurance. Netball 4 All will not insure players who wear canvas shoes.
Summary of Benefits
Benefits will not be payable for any period after the Insured Person has resumed playing or training.
In the event of Injury, the Insured Person must immediately: i) obtain and follow proper medical advice from a qualified medical practitioner and ii) obtain a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner confirming the Injury. All injuries must be either written on the front of the score sheet or notified to Netball4all in writing within 48 hours of injury.
All claims must be notified to Sportscover within 30 days of the accident, injury or damage occurring.
Capital Benefits:
- $50,000 ($10,000 if under 18 years of age) payable as a percentage as per the Capital Benefit Schedule
Non-Medicare Medical Costs:
- 85% to maximum of $2,000
- Excess $50
Modification Expenses:
- Are applicable in the event of a claim for Capital Benefit
- Up to $10,000
Funeral Expenses:
- Up to $5,000
Parent's Inconvenience Allowance:
- $25 per day
- Maximum Benefit $1,500
- This cover is only available for full time students under 25 years of age.
There is no Loss of Income or Weekly Benefits included in this insurance.
