Carnival Details

Games will be played on outdoor courts at Wyatt Park, 1 Percy Street, Auburn NSW. Time of first game depends on the draw. Each game will consist of 2 x 12 minute halves, with one minute half time & four minutes between games. There are no uniforms. Just wear comfortable clothing. Ball and umpires will be provided. There is no player accident insurance. Netball4all does have public liability insurance. Click here for the Carnival Rules

The date for our next carnival is 10th November 2024 3pm - 8pm

This is a Rain or Shine carnival - this means that if there are showers, games will still be played. Games will only be cancelled if there is stormy weather.

Teams

Contact your friends or workplace colleagues to make up a team

• All team registrations & payments should be finalised 1 week prior to carnival date, but we may still take late registrations & payments only if there are spots available.
• Maximum of 3 representative senior players per team.
• If we feel teams have been graded too high or too low, Netball4all have the right to change grades on the day even after teams have played
• This is to ensure that the competition is kept at a social level and so grades will be competitive
• Maximum of 10 players per team
• Late registrations may be taken, depending upon spaces that are available
• Changes to team players may be made up to 48 hours prior to the carnival but acceptance of these players into a team is at the discretion of Netball4all and prior playing grades must be advised
• Teams should supply their own netball bibs. However, bibs can be hired for $25 with a $25 deposit, refundable on return at the end of the day
• It is a teams responsibility to advise if they have players who are in more than one team. A team cannot have players in more than 1 other team and we can only do our best to split game times where possible

Players

• All players must sign the Team Insurance Waiver Sheet and this should be handed in before they play
• All players should wear sports shoes. Canvas shoes are not permitted to play in
• No jewellery should be worn and long nails must be taped or you can wear gloves
• There is no uniform, just wear comfortable clothing
• All players must carry photo ID which may be checked at any time, to ensure fair play
• Players who have not signed the Team Insurance Waiver Sheet cannot take the court
• There is no player accident insurance
• It is a player's responsibility to advise if they are in 2 teams and games can only be split between a mixed and ladies team. We can only do our best to split game times where possible.

Payments

Cost is $350 per team for the day

• Fees can be paid in cash at the courts during Monday or Thursday night netball OR
• Fees can be paid thru internet banking Account Name: Netball 4 All Pty Ltd BSB 012357 Acct: 496385118
• There will be no refunds to teams who withdraw from the carnival, unless it is cancelled
• A team registration and payment must be made to ensure your team has a spot in the carnival 
• A minimum of 5 players can be registered as a team and players can be added at a later date

Details

Carnival will be held at Wyatt Park Auburn  with a minimum of 5 games

• Each game comprises of 2 x 12 min halves
• Preliminary draw will be made available online by 8pm on the Friday prior to the carnival
• Prizes will be given for winning teams in each grade. There are no cash prizes
• We will have a drinks, lollies, snacks & sometimes a BBQ may be available on the day
• In the event of wet weather, information will be made available on the website, facebook/instagram and an sms sent to each team captain
• If, due to extreme conditions the carnival is postponed the backup date will be advised
• Team Results will be shown on the website during the day of the carnival

Umpires 

Anyone interested in umpiring for the day, please email us  

• A bottle of water will be given to each umpire
• We pay $15 per game
• Umpires are expected to wear black shorts/tights and a Netball4all shirt if you have one or a white shirt and bring their own whistle
• Umpire coaching is available if it is requested in advance
